As an added security precaution, we do not keep your credit card information on file. We never even see your credit card number, neither does anyone else.
Shipping Rates and Times
We make every effort to process and ship your order within 3 business days. If for some reason we are unable to ship your order within 3 business days we will contact you with additional information.
Our standard shipping method is USPS. The shipping rates quoted come directly from USPS depending upon the weight of the packages and the type of delivery option you choose.
We do not charge a handling fee.
Sorry, we currently do not ship to Canada or other countries.
Return Policy
We will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise returned (postmarked) within 30 days from the date of receipt.
How to Return Merchandise:
Enclose the copies of the original packing slip/invoce along with the return merchandise.
Please pack the merchandise securely in a well sealed box.

When returning merchandise, please select a shipping method that provides a tracking number and confirmation of delivery, and keep a copy of these details for your records. Fair Trade Culture is not responsible for any lost returns for which customers cannot provide proof of delivery.
Be advised, we cannot process any returns or exchanges without the original packing slip/invoice.
Refund Policy
Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment (please check your credit card statement to verify when your refund is posted). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service immediately at info@fairtradeculture.com.
You must place a claim within 7 days of delivery to be issued a credit or to be reshipped replacement.
